Unfortunately we can’t ship to PO BOXES as all packages must be signed for upon delivery. We are also unable to re-direct any orders.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of charges may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
You will receive a shipping notification email from us with all of your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
We always want you to be satisfied with our products. You have 14 days to return and exchange products from the date of receipt of your order. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards and any downloadable products.
Your right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original unworn condition, with all original labels and packaging. Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be refunded.

Swimcap.com reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not meet the above return requirements.
We will inspect your returns upon receipt and your refund will be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
